It took a few years to find the team that can lead this project, it changed the original mandate, 100% import. Much of the work will be done right here in Canada. Several backers are involved in the project and for this it was necessary to protect the brand image, because too many people seem to want to benefit from the work of others by clumsily copying what was created by them.
A mixture of ideas with people bringing their own vision always results in a unique product.
